Filming tips for the best analysis
- Film from the side or from behind, at court level, with your whole body in the frame.
- Hold the phone steady, in landscape. A tripod or bleacher rail works great.
- 60 fps if your phone allows it. More frames mean sharper contact detection.
- On iPhone, set Camera → Formats → "Most Compatible" so the video plays in every browser.
- Short focused clips (5–10 reps of one skill) give the clearest patterns.
